We're conveniently close to the legendary Solsbury Hill, a site that has inspired artists and writers for generations and where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the countryside and the beautiful city of Bath.

Hikes

Just behind Bay house studio is the wonderful Solsbury hill where you will find breath taking views of Bath and the countryside . It’s a short 30 min walk up but can make it longer by taking different routes.

River and canal

The river is a 2 minute walk from Bay house studio. Rent some paddles boards and float along the river. Lovely evening walks with a stop off in the local pub Bathampton mill or The Crown in Bathford. From the river you walk to bathampton to join the canal and this can take you to Bath or the other way to Bradford on Avon . Just before you come off the canal into Sydney gardens there is the new Cleveland outdoor pool.
